The idea for this card illustration came to me in a conversation with a friend. Her life had been going in a positive direction that she attributed to her optimistic frame of mind. She told me she had been consciously guarding her thoughts so she didn't let go of the glow. I thought that was great. The little boy in the illustration is her son Adrian.
